It is only an easy one mile hike out to Exit Glacier in Kenai Fjords National Park! The trail starts out paved, and then turns in to a very nice gravel trail. Even in the rain, this was an easy hike.
Overall, I would give this site two thumbs up! 👍🏼👍🏼 This was a lot cooler of a glacier than Byron Glacier, but definitely not as extensive as Matanuska Glacier. When the weather is better, we plan to hike a little further to the Harding Icefield.
